THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST INTERESTING OPTION. WHEN ADJUSTING THE NUMBERS, THE DISPLAY CONTRAST ON NOT ONLY THE UNIT BUT THE REMOCON CHANGES! THE CONTRAST CAN BE SET FROM -VERY- WEAK TO QUITE STRONG. SETTINGS IN THE A2* BALLPARK SEEM TO BE AS STRONG AS IT GOES. FOR SOME REASON, IF YOU STOP CHANGING THE LEVELS IT WILL OCCASIONALY RESET TO SOMETHING AROUND 000. THIS MAY BE A FAILSAFE METHOD TO KEEP THE DISPLAY FROM BURNING OUT, BUT MORE TESTING IS DEFINITELY NEEDED. |
